Chalet - Teambuilding
Who says work and pleasure cannot be mixed, they have never met our team!
Towards the end of November we decided that in order to work as efficiently and harmoniously as possible, the team needs to organize a teambuilding. The participation of all members would result in a better interaction and co-working. At that time, the team's priority was the Design Proposal for the first stage of the competition selection, which will take place in the Los Angeles summer conference. The stakes were big enough and we all knew we had to give our best, as a team. The teambuilding happened in a chalet along a weekend. Every day's schedule was already predetermined and clearly organized. In the morning at 10 o'clock, we all got to work. We have divided ourselves according to the tasks we would like to accomplish and which were the strength of each one. Afterwards we would like to relax in the evenings, warm up around a campfire and animate the atmosphere.
This weekend can be described in so many words: full, demanding, funny, relaxing and prosperous. At that time, the first version of the scientific text, which was to be submitted later in December, was made in rough form. But, as a more important element of what will follow, a "bounding" between team members has been achieved. We have begun to get to know each other better, to realize the qualities of each one of us, to learn from each other and to work with each other.
